Meeting point: RER C entrance - avenue du Président Kennedy station - at 2 rue du Ranelagh
Access to the port entrance: Follow the RER bridge to the Seine (cross at the traffic lights), the port entrance is COLLEE AU PONT (2 Italian flags mark the entrance).
Boat access: the Théo boat boarding area is 30m from the bridge (follow the Italian flags).

Important information
Assistance is required in advance for boarding the boat, especially for individuals with reduced mobility, as there are stairs involved.

· The birthday cake option costs 10 euros per person. Please inform the customer that they can contact us to add this option to their reservation.
· Window seats are not included unless the VIP option is booked.
· Small dogs in bags are allowed on board the boat.

- If you cancel at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time of the tour or activity, then you are eligible for a full refund.
- If you cancel within 72 hours of the tour or activity's start time, then no refund can be provided.
- Additionally, if any changes or modifications are requested less than 72 hours before the scheduled start time of the tour or activity, then they will not be accommodated.
