Important information

The total tour duration is approximate, starting from your hotel pickup until your return transfer.
Please confirm your return bus schedule at the reception.
Participants aged 18 and below are eligible to drive ATVs.
A valid license must be presented during the check-in process.
As a passenger, the minimum height requirement is 1.30 meters.
For safety reasons, personal belongings like cameras, cellphones, bags, etc., are not allowed during activities.
Lockers are available for an additional cost of USD$5.00 (Small) or USD$8.00 (Large) for the entire day.
Activities do not permit flip-flops or sandals.
Some activities have specific restrictions based on participant weight, height, and age.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the tour or activity, then you are eligible for a full refund.
If you cancel within 48 hours of the tour or activity's start time, then no refund can be provided.
Additionally, if any changes or modifications are requested less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the tour or activity, then they will not be accommodated.
