Cancellation policy

If you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the tour or activity, then you are eligible for a full refund.
If you cancel within 48 hours of the tour or activity's start time, then no refund can be provided.
Additionally, if any changes or modifications are requested less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the tour or activity, then they will not be accommodated.
Please note that all timeframes and deadlines are based on the local time of the tour or activity.
Reservations for services on December 24th (18:00-23:59), December 25th, December 26th, December 31st (18:00-23:59), and January 1st will have a 50% surcharge.
Free waiting time for airport pick-up is 30 minutes; additional charges apply after the initial 30 minutes.
