Cancellation policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled activity will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made between 48 hours and 24 hours before the scheduled activity will be eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity or no-shows will not receive a refund.
