As soon as you land at Athens Eleftherios Venizelos International Airport (ATH), our friendly driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall, with a sign with your name on it for easy recognition. He will help you with your luggage and escort you to our specially adapted vehicle, and accompany you to your accommodation or any other destination.

  • Flight Itinerary: Provide your exact arrival and departure times, along with your flight numbers. This will help us monitor any schedule changes and plan your pickup accordingly.
  • Number of Passengers and Luggage Details: Indicate the total number of travelers and describe your luggage requirements to ensure sufficient space.
  • Type of Wheelchair or Mobility Device: Specify whether you are using a manual or electric wheelchair, or if a scooter is involved.
  • Mobility Assistance Requirements: Let us know if you need assistance transferring from your wheelchair into the vehicle.
  • Preferred Pickup Time: Schedule your preferred pickup time by adding an extra 30 minutes to your expected arrival time. This adjustment is recommended to accommodate potential delays in passport control and baggage claim.

Our vehicles are designed to comfortably accommodate one wheelchair user and up to three companions, facilitating a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience for your group.

Cancellation policy

  • Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the tour or activity are entitled to a full refund.
  • If you cancel within 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time, no refund will be issued.
  • Requests for changes or modifications made less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time cannot be honored and no refund will be issued for such late requests.

Please note that all references to time in our cancellation and modification policy are based on the local time at which the activity or transfer is scheduled.
