Vans are specially adapted with a capacity of 2 wheelchair users and 3 guests or 1 wheelchair user and 5 guests.

- Enjoy a hassle-free pick-up service exclusively designed for passengers arriving at or departing from Cancun International Airport, covering Cancun Hotel Zone and Playa Mujeres Zona Continental.
- Provide your flight details, a valid telephone number, and email address during the reservation process.
- Select your preferred pick-up time, allowing approximately 30 minutes for passport control and baggage claim clearance.

- If the requested service is from 18:00 hours until 7:00 hours, an additional charge of 325 MXN will apply.
Cancellation policy
- If you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the tour or activity, then you are eligible for a full refund.
- If you cancel within 48 hours of the tour or activity's start time, then no refund can be provided.
- Additionally, if any changes or modifications are requested less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the tour or activity, then they will not be accommodated.
- Please note that all timeframes and deadlines are based on the local time of the transfer or activity.
