  • Provide your flight details, a valid telephone number, and email address during the reservation process.
  • Select your preferred pick-up time, allowing approximately 30 minutes for passport control and baggage claim clearance.

  • If the requested service is from 18:00 hours until 7:00 hours, an additional charge of 325 MXN will apply.

 

Cancellation policy

  • If you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the tour or activity, then you are eligible for a full refund.
  • If you cancel within 48 hours of the tour or activity's start time, then no refund can be provided.
  • Additionally, if any changes or modifications are requested less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the tour or activity, then they will not be accommodated.
  • Please note that all timeframes and deadlines are based on the local time of the transfer or activity.
