Cancellation policy

If you cancel at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time of the tour or activity, then you are eligible for a full refund.
If you cancel within 72 hours of the tour or activity's start time, then no refund can be provided.
Additionally, if any changes or modifications are requested less than 72 hours before the scheduled start time of the tour or activity, then they will not be accommodated.
