  • Reservation Details: Provide your flight information, a valid telephone number, and email address when making your reservation.
  • Pick-Up Timing: Select your preferred pick-up time, allowing approximately 30 minutes to clear passport control and baggage claim.
  • Midnight Charges: From 11 pm to 7 am, an additional will apply for added flexibility during late-night transfers.

Cancellation policy

  • If you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the tour or activity, then you are eligible for a full refund.
  • If you cancel within 48 hours of the tour or activity's start time, then no refund can be provided.
  • Additionally, if any changes or modifications are requested less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the tour or activity, then they will not be accommodated.
  • Please note that all timeframes and deadlines are based on the local time of the transfer or activity.
