Upon arrival at Arlanda Airport, our dedicated accessible airport transfer driver will meet you inside the arrival hall, holding a sign with your name. Enjoy 45 minutes of included waiting time, with additional increments available. For departures, your vehicle and driver will be ready outside the specified address 10 minutes before departure, with 15 minutes of included waiting time.
Arlanda Airport, located 30 to 45 minutes from the city center, is the main hub for your seamless transfer. The accessible airport transfer includes one stop at an inner-city address. The size of the vehicle is tailored to your group's number and luggage needs.

Important information
• Van: 1-4 passengers / 1 piece of luggage + 1 carry-on each
• The accessible van accommodates a maximum of two wheelchairs or scooters.
• With one wheelchair or scooter, there's room for three additional passengers; with two wheelchairs or scooters, there's room for two more people.
• The van is equipped with a ramp.
• Operating hours: 6 am- 6 pm.

Cancellation policy
- If you cancel at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time of the tour or activity, then you are eligible for a full refund.
- If you cancel within 72 hours of the tour or activity's start time, then no refund can be provided.
- Additionally, if any changes or modifications are requested less than 72 hours before the scheduled start time of the tour or activity, then they will not be accommodated.
- Please note that all timeframes and deadlines are based on the local time of the transfer or activity.
