- Reservation Details: Provide your flight information, a valid telephone number, and email address when making your reservation.
- Preferred Pick-up Time: Select your preferred pick-up time, allowing approximately 30 minutes to clear passport control and baggage claim.
- Operating Hours: 8 am - 11 pm. Arrivals and departures outside these hours may incur an additional charge
Cancellation policy
- Enjoy free cancellation up to 30 days before the service. After this period, charges apply as follows:
- Cancellation 15 days before the service: 50% of the total service price.
- Cancellation less than 14 days before the service: 100% of the total service price.
